After having spent the last four years living and working on Emoor, Keith has developed menus that use locally sourced fresh ingredients, trying to reflect the nature of the area and to keep a traditional aspect to the cooking. Nearly all dishes are cooked on or in the four oven AGA, with home made soups, casseroles and fish dishes being true favourites with our guests.

As all the food is cooked in our kitchen please feel free to ask for smaller or larger portions as we will be happy to oblige. It is also not unusual for guests who have visited before to ask for specific dishes to be cooked.

Although Ingleside is not licensed, guests are more than welcome to bring their own drinks and we can chill them, provide glasses, and serve them to your table. We do aim to give value for money.

Salmon Fillet baked with Sea Salt, Dill & Olive Oil, served with a delicious Prawn Sauce
