Guest Rooms at Ingleside
Ingleside has seven guests' bedrooms, six are doubles and we have one with twin beds. All have private ensuite bathrooms.
Downstairs is situated a cloakroom, reception, dining room and lounge
On the first floor are Countisbury, Lynton View (Première Room with a Balcony) and Lyn Valley View (Première Family Room).
From the first floor are stairs leading to our upper landing which has a bookcase full of more interesting reading, and on to Honeypot Cottage (the twin room), Hollerday Hill, Foreland Point and Summerhouse Hill.

"Lynton View"
This is a Première Room, with a newly refurbished ensuite bathroom with shower. The room has a generous bed and two easy armchairs where you can sit to enjoy the panoramic views of Lynton, Countisbury, Foreland Point and Sinai Hill. We have recently redecorated the room, it has new carpets, and a new bespoke balcony has been fitted where you can sit out any time you want. (top)
"Lyn Valley View"
This is our second Première Room, situated at the front of Ingleside which also doubles as our Family Room. Again the room has generous space, two easy armchairs, and a newly refurbished ensuite bathroom with a shower. We can sleep up to two extra people in this room, and it has become popular with parents with small children. It has magnificent views of Lynton, Watersmeet, Sinai Hill and from here you can often spot the deer on Summerhouse Hill. (top)
"Countisbury Hill"
This is the first room on the first floor and it has a generous ensuite with a bath and an overhead shower. The room itself affords view looking down towards Watersmeet Valley and Countisbury Hill. We have recently redecorated this room and it has a new mattress and carpets. (top)
"Summerhouse Hill"
Summerhouse Hill is a south facing warm double room with an easy chair, and views out to Lynton, Watersmeet Valley and Summerhouse Hill. (Try to spot the deer!) We have installed a new ensuite shower and toilet, and new carpets. (top)
"Honeypot Cottage"
Honeypot Cottage is our only twin room. It has just been redecorated over the winter, given a new carpet, and a new ensuite shower has been installed. It is a generously proportioned room with a view looking out over Hollerday Hill and Honeypot Cottage. (top)
"Hollerday Hill"
Hollerday Hill guest double room has a newly refurbished ensuite shower and toilet and the room is overlooking Hollerday Hill and our garden. (top)
"Foreland Point"
This is a double room, with super views looking east towards Foreland Point and Countisbury. In the distance you get a glimpse of the sea and the beach at Sillery Sands. The room itself has a new ensuite bath, new carpet, a double bed and an easy chair. (top)

All guest rooms are refreshed each day, hospitality trays refilled, and fresh towels and linen provided at guests' request. On all beds we have duvets, duvet covers, bed-spreads and four pillows. If other bed linen is needed please can you give advance notice.
